To maintain its profitability in the European market, the companys strategy is to design and provide the unique and stylish products that could earn more profits for the company. The companys wide range of products is very popular in North America and China. The strategy behind the success in these areas is to provide its products at a price that is acceptable to its customer group. In the Asian market, the company has plan a strategy to penetrate into new growing markets. In the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean countries, the company is making its profit by adapting a strategy to remain flexible with the market conditions in terms of production.
